Set against the vibrant backdrop of Los Angeles—whether on the beach or hiking through scenic trails—each walk is a journey of connection, self-care, and awe. It’s not just about movement; it’s about the beauty of us as women, supporting and uplifting one another, one step at a time.

TIME :: 8:30am Meet Up
WHO :: OPEN TO ALL WOMEN and PATIENTS
WHAT :: Bring a Yoga Mat, Water and/or snacks for hydration!
NOTE :: A 30 min Pelvic Workout before the expereince!
